Diane Sawyer Lands Ashley Dupre, Eliot Spitzer's Hooker

Ashley Dupre, Eliot Spitzer's paid-for paramour, has spilled her guts to ABC News' Diane Sawyer.

But she didn't exactly tell all.

Sawyer interviewed the New Jersey runaway who became a high-priced hooker, it was confirmed Friday - but it's unlikely there will be any details about her dalliance with the former governor.

"People who think this is all about Eliot Spitzer are going to be disapointed," an insider said. "Diane has done extensive reporting on prostitution. This is another chapter in that reporting."

issues that we are facing in this country - 2 wars, an economy in meltdown, global warming,
schools crumbing, drop-out rates soaring - Sawyer is interviewing a "hooker."
She should go work the NATIONAL ENQUIRER - she should be ashamed for doing this
kind of trash, and so should ABC for putting this trash on, can't get much lower or more

7+ pages of people complaining that this is a non-story, we should be talking about the wars, the economy etc... yet everyone reads the article and takes time for comment. Don't get me wrong, this story is zero interest for me, but you can do more than one thing at a time. Just like you are reading a story about prostitution, when you could be reading the WSJ or the NYT. Sawyer from memory went to Syria, Iran, Afghanistan and North Korea in the last year or two. But let's face it, a special on Syria is not going to rate. Cut her some slack, at least she has balanced the stuff that people (right or wrong) want to watch, with stories in the public interest, such as those in the Middle East and NK...

Would love it if Spitzer rose from the ashes to get the money guys. I don't care about hookers and I don't care that he was going after hookers. Boycott ABC!
