Ted Kennedy returned to the Senate today, nearly six months to the day after the seizure that led to the diagnosis of his malignant brain tumor. He was accompanied by his wife and dogs, and was greeted by over 100 staffers. Kennedy spoke about working with President-elect Barack Obama on a variety of issues, including healthcare.

I suppose it's a good sign that he hasn't lost any weight. I hope he recovers and can run again. I'm from Massachusetts and I can't think of anyone on the horizon here that I'd want to see in his place. I trust that he can finally see health care passed.
some of that might be medication related but i think he looks pretty good.

Yet another wonderful sight in this season of wonderful political sights...The Lion King returns to his "jungle." There was some form of screeching about McCain becoming the new "lion" now that he's really just a lame duck (no way he runs or gets re-elected in his next cycle). Nope, there can be only one King at a time.
