Ellen Practices Self Defense To Prep For Chris Matthews (VIDEO)

Ellen DeGeneres brought a self defense expert and a Chris Matthews lookalike to her show Tuesday in preparation for The Return of Chris Matthews later this week.

Ellen has been counting down to Matthews' return since last week, and on Monday's show she debuted a force field hula hoop she plans to shield her from the grabby MSNBC host.

"No, Chris Matthews! No!" Ellen said while practicing with her self defense expert — and then, in a test to see whether she had retained the lessons, a Matthews lookalike appeared to challenge Ellen to a dance. She subsequently shoved and kneed the fake Matthews to the floor.

In March, Matthews danced on stage with Ellen, only to grope her breast and throw her to the floor in an unfortunate accident.
