Barbara Walters Slams Rosie: Get On With Your Life, Rosie Responds (VIDEO)

Rosie O'Donnell posted this video today after the below clip occurred on "The View"

PREVIOUSLY:
Barbara Walters made a dig at former "View" host Rosie O'Donnell on Thursday. "There are some people who have done the show and then for years feel they have to dump on it... I resent it. If the shoe fits, lady, ladies, get on with your lives! We are not perfect. We are not always happy."

Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck agreed and Elisabeth singled out "one [year] more difficult than others".

Within seconds Walters was being told in her ear by the control room to "get on with it" and the subject was dropped.

Wednesday in Los Angeles Rosie spoke about her time on show, saying how Walters feigns camaraderie on the show. Former host Star Jones has been silent in recent months.

The whole thing reminds me of a bunch of silly high school girls engaged in an onging war, all of them constantly fighting tooth and nail about who gets to be in the "cool kids clique" because they have nothing better to talk about or have way too much time on their hands. Either that, or it's a 21st Century version of the "Pick-a-little, Talk-a-Little" gossip ladies from "The Music Man." It seems odd to feel that one has to tell either Ms. Walters or Ms. O'Donnell that they should BOTH just grow up, but I guess odder things happen these days. And, lest anyone perceives the preceding comment as some sort of sexism thing, when Mr. Olberman and Mr. O'Reilly, just to cite one similar example, are constantly sniping at each other, usally over nothing, it's not any prettier, and even less illuminating. Inane, destructive incivility masquerading as informed, serious debate of important issues these days is not gender specific. Come on, folks, we all deserve better.

You know it was interesting The View website used to have where you could email the cohosts and then I guess after Elizabeth getting so much hate mail they abolished that. Then they still had where you could email the "Viewmaster", Bill Geddie, then I guess after so much hate mail regarding Elizabeth, they abolished that.
Now they have absolutely no way at all to email the show, the co hosts - the producers - NO BODY!
So, Barbara, until you are able to take some criticism - you need to either retire, or come on air and admit that YOU are and were wrong, and take some responsibility for those things that have gone wrong on YOUR show.
