Report: Mark Cuban Staying Loose, Partying With Vodka And Women Amid SEC Charges

Despite being recently charged by the SEC with insider trading, Mark Cuban was reportedly spotted partying with vodka and girls, reports Page Six:

JUST a few days before being charged with insider trading, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban didn't seem to have a worry in the world. Cuban showed up to hotspot Marquee Saturday night, where sources saw him "dancing around his table with a gaggle of young girls and drinking Grey Goose at his table." One spy said Cuban - who was charged by the SEC on Monday - was clad in "running shoes, jeans and golf shirt."

Mark Cuban was out having a good time, so what? Is he supposed to be attending church and saying novenas?

He hasn't been convicted of anything, and although that miserable Aussie, Mr. Murdoch may not believe in the American way of justice. We, in this country, are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

I'm not a fan of Mark Cuban, but the charges against him are nothing more than allegations at this point. If the charges are substantiated then it's a different story, but currently he's innocent until proven guilty. If Mark wants to hangout with young women and drink Grey Goose so be it, however, I'd wish he would extent me an invite :-)

Maybe the lords of MLB don't like Mark Cuban because he drinks top shelf vodka, dances with hot young chicks, has both the money & the energy to do it nightly. The lords of MLB want their employees to drink well whisky, not vodka, so that the people will know that their employees are drunk, not stupid. The urban legend is that, unlike whisky, vodka has no smell to show that you've been drinking by the smell of your breath. Vodka does show up on your breath if you have more than 2 shots in 8 hours.
