Who Wore This Dress? And May Have Settled Her Divorce

She's known for her cutting-edge fashion sense, and the arm in the photo may have given it away. Dressed up for a Gucci-sponsored UNICEF Dinner at the revamped Plaza Hotel on Wednesday night was Madonna. One newspaper has already likened the dress to "shrubbery."

Guy and Madonna will begin their divorce preceding Friday in London. The "shrubbery" newspaper also claims she and Guy Ritchie settled the divorce and he is taking none of her money, but there is no confirmation from either party.

I used to have a modicum of respect for Madonna for her business acumen. I have never thought she could sing and any woman of color/singer who did the things that Madonna has done would be called a slut and have no career...but kissing those who younger female singers a couple of years ago, when Madonna haa a young daughter and a husband was WRONG on every level. ... and this has nothing to do with kids whose parents are a same sex couple. I think she disrespected her role as a parent and a wife. And I happen to think the adoption of David was in direct response/jealousy of Madonna having been off the scene and the public's embrace of the then new bad girl, AJolie and her humanitarian efforts. Now the kid is part of a divorced family...when does he get to embrace his heritage bouncing around a lifestyle with all that money and a crazy mama that is as tapped into his culture as she is to self-restraint.. Duh!
