This week country singer Tim McGraw hosted Saturday Night Live. In addition to sketches n James Bond, Thanksgiving, an adult-retainer, "Dateline" and a Bill Clinton impression during "Weekend Update," there is an obscenity-laden web-exclusive with Andy Samberg playing Obama's Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

There was also an Arianna impression during Weekend Update.

The only skit that used the F-Word to absolute perfect was Steve Martin at the airline checkout line for a car rental.

Samberg is like a poor man's Scott Thompson of Kids in the Hall fame.

The only skit that was semi-clever was Dateline and how it mocked the subtle perversions that are visible from the host and his ``To Catch a Predator'' fetish show. Of course, now that the show is off the air as it is being sued for breaking dozens of local and federal statutes--go figure.

They didn't do the skit where that dancing moose get's beheaded in the background while Palin in the foreground pardons a cartoon version of Bullwinkle.

It never ceases to amaze me that people of both parties actually believe what politicians say. If they say it in the Primary then it just to win the primary. It they say it in the General then they were just trying to play to a particular group. Obama is not the only politician to veer left or right from what he has said. Remember that is why they are called P O L I T I C I A N S. Truth can become an inconvenient truth after the election for both parties. Get over it and don't be so naive. The main thing is will what he does work for the country, not did he ever tell a lie. Lying is part of a politician’s job description.

God, I remember when SNL was funny...th­ese sketches are painful...­the Samberg as Emmanuel sketch was just basically BLEEP you and BLEEP that. I guess they figured if Jon Stewart does it and people laugh, then hey let's give 'er a try.

The Rahm dialogue script is great but he needs to watch the real RE tapes on youtube.. the tone,linguistic style is completely off.. his verbal style also tends to be"attack" and that is definitely missing here.. but he's got 4 years to work it out

As someone who lives outside the U.S., I was able to access "Tina Fey as Palin" and other NBC videos before the election. Now access to NBC videos is restricted to U.S. residents. What happened?
