Michael Phelps On "Entourage" (VIDEO)

Blink and you'd miss it!

Olympic hero Michael Phelps filmed a cameo for HBO's "Entourage" in August, and it finally aired on Sunday night's season finale.

Shot on the streets of New York City, the scene features Eric (Kevin Connolly) on the phone having an argument with Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven). Eric bumps into someone, who then turns around and is revealed as the swimmer.

Phelps even gets in a line: "Yo! Watch out man. What's up?"

I really get tired of having to pretend to care about seeing Olympic athletes appear in cameos every time the Olympics rolls around.

Thankfully, Phelps has had all of his expected appearances and now we can go back to criticizing the poor acting skills of people who have actually made a career in Hollywood.

The fact that the cameo is such a throwaway makes it funny. Like when George Clooney played a dog on South Park and just recorded a single "ruff".

I'm a fan of the show and this was one of the best shows yet. When Phelps bumped him I was looking at something else momentarily, I caught the last second or so of the exchange and briefly thought, "Was the Michal Phelps or some other guy with huge ears?"
