I Like ItI Don’t Like It

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (cubed)
4 green onions, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley (flat-leafed), finely chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Soak bread in water for 10 to 15 minutes to moisten the bread. Squeeze out excess moisture. Crumble bread in large bowl. Add all other ingredients, mix well, season w/ salt and pepper. Set aside until ready to use (i.e., stuff turkey or cook separately).

NOTE: You can maintain ratio of bread, onions and herbs (or alter to taste) to increase servings.
