I Like ItI Don’t Like It

On Tuesday, John McCain held his first press conference since the election. Asked if he would ever run for president again, the Arizona Senator seemed to find the idea so funny that he could barely get a word out. Finally, he managed to say, "I do not envision a scenario that would entail that." He does, however, intend to run for Senate again. Watch:

McCain also praised his running mate Sarah Palin, calling her "a breath of fresh air that swept the country."

"We worked hard and inspired a lot of people," he said. "We look back with pride on the campaign we ran."

"I think Governor Palin's future is very bright," McCain added. "I think she did a great job of energizing our base. I'm very proud of her."

I was laughing hysterically when he ran this time. I still am.

That was laughing "hysterically"? What do you call it when someone actually does laugh hysterically then?

That's not even close to laughing hysterically. That's close to laughing "through the tears." Jeez, who's writing these titles lately? This is another one that's ridiculously exaggerated.

"Laughs Hysterically"?

Who writes this dreck?

I don't see McCain "laughing hysterically" at all in this video. I would say he more or less "chuckles". That's about it. I'd categorize this as "wishfully misleading headline hype".

As much as I have disliked him, I must admit, his entire personna changes when he smiles.

Suddenly, he becomes a non villian. Thank goodness, his people didn't figure this part out

Don't forget he unleashed Palin on us and did all the race baiting and called him "that one."

I must have missed the race-baiting part of his campaign. Do you have examples?Evidence?

And what was the offense of "that one?"

I must not be sensitive enough a human being to get it.

I don't understand why some people feel the need to turn the candidate who opposes their selected candidate into a villain. Some people did this to Obama, and some did it to McCain. Hillary also got the treatment. Maybe these people just get too emotionally involved in the situation. Judging by his actions so far, and his possible inclusion of the former "villain" Hillary in the administration, we are fortunate that Obama does not share the villain mentality.

That's hysterical please.

And in regards to Mr Halperin coming out against the bias media. Please spare us. You were on Morning Joe once a week, bowing at the altar of the Messiah.

You reap what u sow.
