Most of us have experienced discrimination in some form or another. But for white people to equate their discrimination to those of black people is simply ridiculous. A lot has happened since the reverse discrimination of the early 80s and early 90s. America, at the least, is very competitive. Eventually, talent trumps color. If you're good at what you do, you're the one who'll most likely get retained. Race would not even be a factor. So in this day and age, why anyone would even associate themselves with David Duke is beyond me. But for the GOP to declare that they're color-blind is simply paying lip service. Actions speak louder than words.
