NEW YORK — Rush Limbaugh has seldom been a fan of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. But the conservative radio pundit has given his blessing to her selection as the next secretary of state.

He calls it "a brilliant stroke" by President-elect Barack Obama, who opposed Clinton for the Democratic nomination.

Limbaugh weighs in on the new administration as one of Barbara Walters' "10 Most Fascinating People of 2008," which airs Thursday on ABC.

Says Limbaugh: "You know the old phrase, 'You keep your friends close and your enemies closer?' How can she run for president in 2012? She'd have to run against the incumbent and be critical of him _ the one who made her secretary of state."

On Monday, Obama announced Clinton as his nominee for secretary of state.

Honestly, their childish "strategy" is pathetically obvious, lol.

Rush was implying it was a shrewd move on Obama's part because it wiil keep her at bay in 2012. But as a conservitive, I also think she was a good pick. If we're attacked again, she isn't the type of person who will want to sit around the table singing kumbaya with these people. She'll be tough and our enemies will see that we're still not going to fool around.

Rush is an undisciplined fat man and former drug addict who is struggling with the fact that his radio show couldn't stop Obama's record breaking campaign and the GOP's dramatic, nearly Shakespearean demise.

As a left winger, I would like everyone to calm down. I have not seen one thing that makes me unhappy so far. President Obama has been right in all but one instance since announcing his candicacy. The guns and bibles statement.
Just who are all of you that tell me I should be mad?
I am very happy that George Bush will not be President any longer. That is some fine change for me.
We have so many problems to address, we must be aware that the far left wing is just as relevent as the far right wing. We need to adress the problems not force our agenda down the throats of our new administration. Lets see what happens.
My country is far more important to me than my left wing views.

Did anyone expect Limbaugh to stop making trouble?

Dittoheads get to continue their CDS and so do the lefties.

Watch what you fall for or agree with.
