Sen. Murkowski Warns Palin: Stay Away From My Seat

Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski has some Republican-to-Republican advice for Gov. Sarah Palin: If you want to make a run at the White House, keep your hands off my Senate seat.

Murkowski, up for reelection in 2010, is nervously awaiting word on whether John McCain's former running mate will run against her in the GOP primary. But she says Palin is the one who should be nervous.

"I can guarantee it would be a very tough election," Murkowski said in an interview.

Sorry, Ellis, but you are a perfect example of someone who sifts facts through your own filter to define reality to suit your own wants and needs.

Here is a quote from Sarah Palin on Fox regarding her interview with Katie Couric:

“Man, no matter what you say you are gonna get clobbered,” Palin told Fox about her heavily-scrutinized performance. “You choose to answer you are going to get clobbered on the answer. If you choose to pivot and try to go onto another subject that you believe Americans want to hear about, you get clobbered for that too.”

You also conveniently forgot how she said her First Amendment rights were threatened by the media's criticism of her (story can be found here on HuffPo).

Please, do all of us who support Obama a favor and continue to overestimate her smarts and popularity among the general public and continue to push her to run for President in 2012. The facts are that she lost McCain votes and was one of the best things to happen to Obama in the general election.

And yet, you've been found guilty of multiple ethics violations by an impartial and largely Republican legislative investigation. Not the same as when you're cronies do it, but Sarah, surely you jest.
