Obama Birth Certificate Lawsuits Flourish Everywhere

Yesterday, I made note of how one of these nutlog lawsuits alleging that President-Elect Barack Obama was not an American citizen had been appealed to the Supreme Court. Well, apparently, that's not the only lawsuit of this sort snaking its way through our court system. The Honolulu Advertiser has the news:

Similar legal actions have been filed here and in several other states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Georgia and Mississippi.

And maybe one of these suits will be coming to your state, very soon! Maybe we'll be treated to the sight of all these plantiffs piling into a clown car to seek writs of certiorari from John Roberts, so he can hear more about this magnificent criminal conspiracy between Barack Obama's parents, Hawaii state officials, the Weather Underground, and the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company to one day plant Obama in the Oval Office.

If a child born on American soil to one American parent is no longer a citizen of this country, I have the difficult task of notifying my three children that they are not Americans after all. Do I have to relieve them of their American passports too. They are going to be bent out of shape. They are all over thirty.

Barack Obama's mother was an american citizen, born in Kansas, living in Hawaii. Obama could have been born on Mars and he would stil have been born a citizen.

Why are these suits not beeing immediately thrown out for their ridiculous waste of the courts' time?

That is not true, because the law said at the time the parent had to be a citizen for 10 years, five after the age of 16. If the conspiracy theorist are right that Obama was born in Kenya, his mother was only 18 and only a US citizen for 2 years after 16. This was later amended and made it retroactive for those whose parents were in the military, applying to John McCain since he was born in Panama, but not Obama if he was born in Kenya.

because obama was born in hawaii (not outside the u.s.), the above comment is not applicable. there is ample proof that he was born in hawaii.

I saw so many kids born to American parents overseas. At one point the nursery at a military hospital stayed full. These children had dual citizenship like McCain does. However, they rarely ever use their other citizenship in the country in which they were born.

I'd like Huffpo to show an article about Clarence Thomas's involvement with this. I read on some other blogs where people are hopping mad at him. However, I want to understand what he's doing first before making an opinion.

I heard one of these fruit loops on 'Coast To Coast A.M.). It's a late night radio show that deals with other similar 'pressing' issues such as Sasquatch, UFO's, the Shadow People' and the secret government from space, which brought us hear so that we would multiply as a food source for them.
