Obama Birth Certificate Lawsuits Flourish Everywhere

Yesterday, I made note of how one of these nutlog lawsuits alleging that President-Elect Barack Obama was not an American citizen had been appealed to the Supreme Court. Well, apparently, that's not the only lawsuit of this sort snaking its way through our court system. The Honolulu Advertiser has the news:

Similar legal actions have been filed here and in several other states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Georgia and Mississippi.

And maybe one of these suits will be coming to your state, very soon! Maybe we'll be treated to the sight of all these plantiffs piling into a clown car to seek writs of certiorari from John Roberts, so he can hear more about this magnificent criminal conspiracy between Barack Obama's parents, Hawaii state officials, the Weather Underground, and the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company to one day plant Obama in the Oval Office.

Silly vexatious litigants! It's like my boss said: Blog your secret passions, people.

The latest lawsuits are claiming that Obama was born somewhere else, like Kenya, and that his mother only registered him in Hawaii. Also Berg, the attorney who was an ardent supporter of Hillary, claims that Obama's Kenyan grandmother witnessed his birth in Kenya. He is claiming that Obama was born and then his mother covertly brought him back to Hawaii.

They are also saying that the laws at the time state that if a child is born in a foreign country, then one parent must have had at least five years in the US after the age of 16 (his mother was 18), even if he or she was a US citizen.

Supreme Court Justice Thomas is allowing the petition to be heard tomorrow.

The case the Court will conference on tomorrow is not the Berg case but a different one that challenges the natural born status of Obama, McCain, and whoever the Socialist Party candidate was.

This gives pause to the very danger of politicizing the USSCT Justices and annointing them for life. We have a heavily weighted right based USSCT and Justice Souter's incredulity and his voiced no hearing for the matter is like a voice alone in the wilderness. This is scary and will have a shocking impact on the US if the Supremes opt to grant cert and rule against Obama's legitimacy as a citizen. Amazing times.

From this little corner, 3 of the most anti-Obama voters I know (2 of them horribly vicious) are all standing with their mouths agape at this point. They are stunned they were so wrong about him, so far. Maybe if they had listened to the President-elect himself instead of the lying character assassin talking heads, they wouldn't be quite so surprised.

The birth certificate and feeble cries of "socialist" is about it. I'm enjoying every second of this.

Thanks for the insight into your little corner. I've been really curious to know how those who believed the lies about Obama feel now that they know that they were lied to. I'm sure that 90% of them still believe the lies, and the other 9% are too ashamed to admit how stupid they were. But I really would like to know how that remaining 1% feel about the credibility of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and FOX NEWS and the false information they fed to them for the last two years! It was the hot topic of their every broadcast, whether on cable or on the radio, and now, no one seems inclined to talk about it anymore. Not even the usual trolls on this blogsite!

I saw one of the e-mails that began this stupidity. What these morons don't get is that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii the year AFTER it became a state! That makes him a bona fide U.S. citizen, irrespective of his parentage. (Please note the number of "illegal" Mexican parents who give birth in the U.S., making their children automatic American citizens.) What part don't they get?

This is annoying beyond belief. I compliment Mr. Obama for taking this all in stride. He has had to deal with so much racist cr** during the campaign. Most people would come unhinged. He is too cool for words! Glad I voted for him.

It's interesting that these same people wanted to change the Constitution so Arnold Schwarzenegger could run for President, and now they want to fight the Constitution so Barack Obama can be removed from the presidency! It's genuine - according to the State of Hawaii.
