Obama Birth Certificate Lawsuits Flourish Everywhere

Yesterday, I made note of how one of these nutlog lawsuits alleging that President-Elect Barack Obama was not an American citizen had been appealed to the Supreme Court. Well, apparently, that's not the only lawsuit of this sort snaking its way through our court system. The Honolulu Advertiser has the news:

Similar legal actions have been filed here and in several other states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Georgia and Mississippi.

And maybe one of these suits will be coming to your state, very soon! Maybe we'll be treated to the sight of all these plantiffs piling into a clown car to seek writs of certiorari from John Roberts, so he can hear more about this magnificent criminal conspiracy between Barack Obama's parents, Hawaii state officials, the Weather Underground, and the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company to one day plant Obama in the Oval Office.

Silly vexatious litigants! It's like my boss said: Blog your secret passions, people.

I have the answer to all of these lawsuits -- produce Obama's birth certificate that is registered in another country! Simple as that! If he was born in Kenya, prove it! He doesn't have to prove that his birth certificate is legitimate, they have to prove it's not!

Not a good idea. We know how the right wing thinks. Its not a matter of proving that you are something. Its a matter of proving that you're not. He has provided a birth certificate and they still demand that he proves that he's not a manchurian candidate even though his opponent was held captive in S.E. Asia for 5 years and we already know for a fact was not born in the U.S. No one's asked his opponent to proffer one. If you made them provide a birth certificate proving that P.E. Obama was born elsewhere, they'd provide one (though it'd be bogus) just to have him spend time and money proving that it wasn't genuine in the first place. The best course of action is just to ignore them. He's already won the election. Its not on him to respond or saitsfy them.

The funny thing is he does not even have to have been born in this country! His mother was a citizen, thats all that matters, unless she or he had his citizenship changed to another country. McCain was the one who was born in Panama.

You need to research this more. McCain was born to an active military duty parent in an area that was a United States sovereign territory and is completely different than what Obama is facing, which is not only birth outside of the U.S., but also was not born to two U.S. citizen parents, and his mother was not in the country for 5 years after the age of 16.

What is really head shaking is that these people shout "fire" in a crowded room and act surprised when they get trampled. DUH ... there really are a whole lot of sheep in our country who do not understand the "just words" caveat. This is why we need ethical, moral, a-political or non-political advocates to point out where "playing politics" ends and outright BS begins - is there even a fine line between the two? - and this is why news reporting has gone completely off the playing field.

He wasn't born in the states; he was born in a naval base in Panama. Why did no one bother to file a lawsuit to have McCain disclose his own birth certificate, let alone prove he is constitutionally ineligible to run for President? Actually, the case that the Supreme Court is considering for hearing, Donofrio v. Wells, challenges the natural born citizenship of Obama, McCain, and the Socialist Party candidate.
