The Kutcher-Moore-Willis Christmas Plans

Buried in Liz Smiths' column today are the Christmas plans of the extended Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Bruce Willis clan. The family just spent Thanksgiving together in France to celebrate daughter Scout's debut.

DYSFUNCTIONAL families function by their own rules, and one of the best is the arrangement of formerly wed Demi Moore and Bruce Willis. They will celebrate Christmas together with her husband, Ashton Kutcher, 30, and the good-looking girlfriend of Bruce - Emma Heming, 30.

"We had an unconventional Thanksgiving, and we will all be together for Christmas as well with our three daughters. I think the key with any past is that you recognize and hold on to what you loved and what you gained and you don't attach yourself to what you've lost," says Demi. She just opened a movie called "Flawless" in London.

When you've got as much money as Bruce Willis, you never have to look backwards. That's what this really is about. He's not like some garbage man who the is overreacting because the only woman that would nice enought to say "I do" left him for a younger man and he's forced to live in a store front studio apartment with the flickering neon sign. Money brings options and peace of mind baby!

i think they do what works for them and i applaud them for having maturity about it. apparently whatever was wrong in bruce and demi's relationship, they came to an understanding about. it's truly too bad more people can't do the same. i think they are modeling a fantastic example for their kids.

I applaued them because I KNOW I could not do it especially when my children are grown. Demi knows the only person she could do that kind of stuff with was a very younger man. But I am glad it works for them they probably should have considered making there marriage work since they can't seem to be with out each other, the kids are going to be 40 years old and they will still use them for an excuse to be together.

I think that this personifies the modern American family. It is really great that they all get along so well. The parents really behave as adults here. The girls are fortunate that they can be with both parents.

Very mature. My ex and I are great friends. We all gather at my older daughters house on the holidays, not just Thanksgiving and Christmas, but the warm weather holidays as well. My ex-'es huband and I have a lot in common and have become good friends over the years. Of course it's differnent for me now since my fiance passed away 2 years ago. I miss her and have not been able to persue any kind of relationship since. So, my advice is, bear no grudges, enjoy every moment you can with the one you love and never take anything for granted. Tomorrow isn't guranteed. Nothing is.

Although never a fan of their films or television shows, my hat is off to them for being adults and creating what seems to be a very pleasant and fun filled ambience for the Willis girls. It seems to be genuine. Kudos to Bruce, Demi and Ashton.

Seems perfectly functional to me. I am happy that Ashton and Bruce and be men about things and the women are obviously content. No drama except in the movies they play. That's not a bad thing.
