Watch: Canada's Opposition Needs Lesson In Film Production

The New York Times reports that the evening before Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper shut down Parliament to ensure he stayed in power, both he and the opposition leader gave television addresses that attempted to make their case to the Canadian public. Harper's came across professional -- if boring. Liberal Party leader Stephane Dion revealed his staff's lack of television production capabilities.
