Despite already being the subject of investigation, Blago held phone calls in which he discussed plans to auction off Barack Obama's senate seat and his desire to oust unfriendly members of the Chicago Tribune editorial board. All of this was captured on FBI wiretaps, making for some deliciously gleeful reading. Transcripts include the governor telling chief of staff John Harris that he "wants to make money," and feature a wealth of F-bombs dropped by both Blagojevich and his lovely wife, Patti.
