KFC Workers Fired For Bathing In Sink

WPLG Miami:

ANDERSON, Calif. -- Two female employees of the Anderson Kentucky Fried Chicken have been fired for bathing in a deep sink used to clean dishes, while a third earlier quit her job.

One of the young women posted photos on MySpace.com of the trio posing in underwear and swimwear, KCRA-TV reported.

The photos were filed under a gallery called "KFC moments." Captions included "haha KFC showers!" and "haha we turned on the jets."

That is so uncool. That's why I rarely eat fast food - you don't know what kinds of "special" sauces and "juices" are in the food.

I spent a few days working in fast food...I haven't eaten there since. If you could see what goes on there you wouldn't either. I watched a DISTRICT MANAGER tell an employee to pick a dozen sandwiches, after they fell on the floor, to pick them up and wrap them.....h­e couldnt afford to take the loss. In three days I saw people drop things, spit in food, reuse dirty dishes with out washing them, and use the same cleaning cloths on kitchen surfaces they used in the restroom 5 minutes ago.

KFC Chicken processing plants are not near a bad as employees taking baths in the kitchens. The level of contamination is certainly worse.

lighten up,,,,,,,you never pulled an innocent prank when you were young? they didn't hurt anyone, and i doubt the chicken made it to the sink. it's where they wash the big fry pans etc. young ladies good for you. suggestion next time don't post it.

There is really nothing but the obvious to say about this story (I am grinning from ear to ear as I write). I just wanted to pay homage to the headline -- "Kentucky Fried Nasty". That sums it up, that and the fact that the story is in the green (environment) section and not the business section. Can you say, health hazard of devastating proportions to a business interest and can you say naivety of youthfulness, stupidity of approach concerning the actions of these young women. How low they aim in life.
