Mark Ruffalo Drops Film Post Murder, Stiller Eyed

Mark Ruffalo - who's still reeling from this week's tragic death of his brother, Scott - has dropped out of the indie drama Greenburg, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

He will likely be replaced by Ben Stiller in the film, written and directed by Noah Baumbach, says the trade paper.

No reason was given for the casting shakeup. But the news comes just three days after Scott Ruffalo succumbed to a gunshot wound he sustained Dec. 1.
