Here is a bootleg clip of Al Gore speaking today at the UN Climate Change Conference in Poznan, Poland. Early in the speech, he blasts "sclerotic" political systems in the developed world and says "we have to overcome the paralysis that has prevented us from acting and focus clearly and unblinkingly on this crisis, rather than spending so much time on Paris Hilton and O.J.
