Has anybody seen the TV rating between O'Reilly and Olbermann? This speaks for itself.

Those with an IQ over 90 can tell the difference between O'Reilley and Olbermann.

The Dull-Wits cannot.

ANYONE saying they are the same, falls into tho latter category.

And that means ANYONE saying that neo-lie they have been assigned to spread around.

In defense of KO, at least he tells the TRUTH. That, you won't get from the other cable networks, without the spin. And no, there is nothing wrong with me. Bill O'Reilly needs a spotlight shinned on him. We all know what he is about, but perhaps, some "dumbed down" voter might just channel surf to the "Countdown" and learn something. There's always hope........................

Keith becomes irrelevant on 20Jan 09. Thank you, sir, we're through with you -you're money is on the dresser.

No posts on KO in days....his fifteen minutes must be up...his sagging ratings reflect that. Time to swap time slots with Rachel.

KO is very effective against the gargantuan and disproportionate numbers of right wing assailants on TV.

Your protests against him bring you into question as to your real motives BOin08.

Would that handle stand for Bill O'Reilley in 08, by any chance?

Have you ever seen Kieth laugh at anything that wasn't at the expense of someone else? Mr Olbermann suffers from a deep seated anger that flows thru his show and touches only those fans with the same insecurities. Countdown is the interstate pile up with the rubbernecker fan base that rejoices in his his personal misery. Find some peace, Sir!

Well, I don't know how I feel about Keith. But he did laugh at the SNL sketch they did about him. So I guess he doesn't always laugh at the expense of someone else...

And I think he's just a bitter old man... you know? I'm not so sure about this "deep seated anger."

KO"s nightly gore of uniformed, immature and idioting ranting attracts like minded fans. It"s obvious that Howard Stern has a night job in an Olbermann clown suit.

seeded or seated....in either case, it's deep anger...lol

Keith's negativity is depressing

You are a t-r-oll sent in to make people stop listening to KO because he is CLOBBERING THOSE ON THE RIGHT. He is doing them actual harm and they are countering with the likes of you.

Your handle is busted, t-r-oll.

BOin08 means Bill O'Reilley.

You do not like KO because he is effective as an opponent.

Protest away, and prepare to be countered.

Easy.

You are hired to go after KO because he tells the truth.

You were hoping that your handle would dupe us, but it has backfired.

You are exposed as a t-r-oll-er and as such, VOIDED here.

Type all you want. It will have no effect now.

You are met and counterd.

Well all I think is important is that they could have photo chopped a worn out shoe in that pic rather than a shoe from an advertisement.

An actually-worn shoe would have even looked like a real story.

Yes! I'm a big KO fan, but c'mon, Keith. A little Billo goes a real long way on FOX.... and so does Billo bashing on Countdown. You know Keith needs new meds or a vacation when BO shows up twice on The Worst People list. Wish Keith would remember that old adage: " Less is more." At least once in a while. There are other ogres out there. Think Glen Beck or Neil Boortz. Not Shrek.

Hasn't Olbermann's O'Reilly fetish sort of run its course? I mean, it kind of reeks of desperation and in a lot of ways imbalance.

I just don't get people who generate their own self-worth by trying to attack other's. And before you all come at me with the 'OMG! nobody in the world attacks more people than O'Reilly" take a deep breath and realize that BO looks at the news, and attacks people who he feels has it coming. For a second, suspend your opinion about whether those people are worthy of an attack, and just accept that that is the role of a commentator.

KO just obsesses about BO for absolutely no good reason night after night. It is pathetic. I am sorry people, but it is.

Love Olbermann - he tells the truth and if you don't like it wait for Joe the Plummer and Sarah Palin's books -

Olbermann tells the truth.

I am just looking at that statement in amazement.

My good liberal friends, we are a long way from understanding each other, aren't we?

I am on the Obama train, though. I think he has done a terrific job since the election. I truly hope he is not within a 1000 of this Blago thing, and I am confident that he is not.

You're right. And the following people should also stop "obsessing" about BO: Letterman, Stewart, Colbert, Leno, Conan, Craig Ferguson, Joy Behar, Kathy Griffin, the SouthPark guys ... Oh wait. Maybe it's not obsession. Maybe it's comedy.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 01:47 PM on 12/17/2008

if you add up every person or show you just mentioned, they talk less about Billo in one month than Olbermann does in one show.

Olbermann is not funny...he was funny doing sports clips, he is no longer funny.

"BO looks at the news, and attacks people who he feels has it coming. [S]uspend your opinion about whether those people are worthy of an attack, and just accept that that is the role of a commentator."

How does this not work in reverse? Isn't Olbermann also a commentator and therefore have the same right? And how can rational people suspend their opinions on whether people are worthy of attacks? And isn't that criteria subjective anyway? Your logic floors me.

You say BO "attacks people who he feels has it coming" - Olbermann feels the same about BO. I don't see a problem.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 02:20 PM on 12/17/2008

because when you abuse a tactic, you weaken its effectiveness. My logic is defensible on that...

There are certainly times when Billo is ripe for lampooning, but the gymnastics that KO goes through every night to try to pin something on him only serves to make himself look foolish and desperate.

Keith is the boy who cried Billo!

It was funnier during the campaign. I see it more in the vein of humor that is funny because the comedian insists on repeating it. Sort of like when Chevy Chase repeated each week "Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead".

Olbermann is basically saying Bill O'Reilly is still a tool. Which is true. I can see where the joke is wearing thin. But it's meant to wear thin.
