What's Your Reaction?

Fox Business Network, fresh off its holiday card feud with CNBC, is now waging a commercial war.

Fox Business' Liz Claman, formerly of CNBC, stars in a promo that directly mocks CNBC's "I Am CNBC" ads. In those ads (seen below), CNBC stars like Maria Bartiromo, Erin Burnett, Charlie Gasparino, and Joe Kernen explain their life stories and declare, "I Am CNBC."

The new Fox Business promo, seen below, begins in black-and-white like the CNBC ads before Claman cuts in, saying, "Wait a minute, what's with the slow motion? And the black and white? We're in high definition to make things even clearer for you."

"When it comes to business coverage," Claman says, "it's not about me — it's about you." The ad then features a tagline, "You are Fox Business."

Liz is so smoking hot! she is THE RED FOX over at Fox Business. I started watching when she went over there. I'm a big Leftie Liberal and didn't find anything wrong with their coverage. Now I've noticed since the crisis, they have tons of Dems from Washington on. At first not a lot but now our peeps are all over the net. GO LIZZZZZZZZ, goo'bye CNBC

Fox Business Channel-very low viewership because anyone who watches Fox thinks investing is buying $20 worth of lottery tickets.

I wouldn't watch Fox Business even if it was the BEST business channel. I won't do anything to support that horrible channel and would love to see it off the air forever.

Fox Business is not Fox News. Its actually a pretty good channel. They don't have quite the stars of CNBC but the chemistry is much better. Happy Hour is well worth watching if you are looking for something different.

maybe they should change the name. Anything with Fox in it brings the skeptic out of me. They're always guilty before proven innocent.

Does Faux News realize that HD means High Definition and not Hate Democrats?

Funny idea, bad execution. If they really wanted to parody those ads, they could have done much better. But then, 'could have done much better' is nothing new for FN....

FOX is a mockery of many things, a legitimate unbiased news source for one.

As much as I detest all things Fox, I have to say that CNBC deserves some mocking from somewhere. All the speculative yammering on both channels combined could easily be boiled down to a half-hour, once-a-week show. Of course, perhaps it is useful to have a person look at "the big board" and read numbers to the audience. Kinda like the weatherperson on local news.

Fox has to put on its bib and eat some crow.

FBN was never a hit with the suits, and this little ad campaign wit increase its ratings 0%. No one watches Fox Business, and they never will.
