Ashley Dupre Named "Other Woman" In $1.5M Sex Suit

Call girl Ashley Dupre, who toppled Eliot Spitzer from office, is the "other woman" in a $1.5 million suit filed by a model who says her lawyer boyfriend dumped her for the raven-haired hooker.

In a suit filed in Suffolk County Supreme Court, K.T. Mary Dunphy says her ex-fiancé, Robert Oppenheimer Jr., cheated with Dupre while Dunphy was pregnant in the summer of 2007.

Dunphy told the Daily News she walked in on Oppenheimer having sex with Dupre at his Manhattan apartment.

It seems to me the woman bringing the suit (Dunphy) thought she hit the mother load with this Oppenheimer fellow. I guess she never imagined that a man on the Millionaire Club site would be hooking up with more than one woman at a time. I think she let this situation happen to herself when decided move in with him. Ashley Dupree has very little to do with this suit; Dunphy could have walked in on this guy with any other prostitute.

I believe she should dust herself, and stop pursuing the fantasy that some millionaire is going to sweep her off her feet and take care of her forever. If she can't or won't do that then I guess she needs to get her implants fixed and get back to work looking for the next meal ticket. I don't think her case has merit, and I am glad that no children (the supposed twins she claims to have miscarried) were harmed in the making of this nightmare.

Saw an interview with Diane Sawyer and Dupree recently and Dupree insists being a call girl is not the same as being a prostitute. She goes through all the machinations of being sorry for what she did and how she was lost at that point in her life, etc, but then when Diane asks her if she understands that a call girl is just another name for prostitute she denies it. Guess I know what she'll be doing again.

You must not have watched the entire interview. Diane, through repeating the word 'prostitute' gets her to admit (eventually) during the interview that there is no real difference.

This is one of the funniest stories I've read in a long time! I particularly like the jilted lover's complaint about slipping on the floor and rupturing her implants.
