President Schwarzenegger? Arnold "Absolutely" Wants The Top Job (VIDEO)

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger tells "60 Minutes" correspondent Scott Pelley that he would "absolutely" like to be U.S. president if the Constitution could be changed to allow foreign-born Americans to run for the White House.

"Well, you're a man of no small ambition. If the Constitution was changed, you'd like to be president, wouldn't you?" Pelley asked.

"Yeah, absolutely," Schwarzenegger acknowledged. "I think that I am always a person that looks for the next big goal. And I love challenges. I always set goals that are so high, that are almost impossible to achieve. Because then, you're always hungry for climbing and climbing. Because it's always interesting. The climb is always interesting. When you get there you just have to pick another goal."

Schwarzenegger also reveals one of his classic weight-lifting tricks: put smaller weights on for the camera and use wooden plates to make it seem as if you're lifting more:

"I mean, when you do it for the cameras you do only 50, so you take it easy. You don't kill yourself," Schwarzenegger replied, laughing.

Asked if that's the trick, Schwarzenegger said, "Oh yeah. Absolutely. I remember when I did this scene in 'Stay Hungry' at the squats with Sally Fields watching there. And I had to do it over and over again. And I had 225 pounds on it, as I learned very quickly, put on wooden plates."

Before you buy any of this Ahnold for President BS that's sure to come up in the near future, please get to know some real, working class Californians from places besides San Francisco and LA first.

Please, oh please may fate and the Gods keep the United States free from Arnold's bloated ego and his ineptitude. He has messed up the beautiful state of California with his incompetence and we are afflicted with major buyer's remorse. When his term is over, a day we all dream of, he must move out, not up. He did not deserve to be Governor (a job he out and out stole with the help of Congressman Darrel Issa and his other right wing cronies) and his remaining days are becoming more and more uncomfortable for him. If he was a Democrat the conservatives would be whipped into a frenzy right now hollering about the constitution, predicting the ruination of the country if the constitution is changed to allow him to run.

Let us be sure to remind them of the Obama birth certificate debacle if they DARE say even one word in favor of changing things so he can run. They are always in favor of violating the constitution and our civil rights if it will further the evil causes of their party.

Arnold take my advice, and Dems will love you for centuries.

Leave office and be Obama's personal traininer, and not just Barack, but his Family, Biden too, and shoot, lets throw Rahm in the gym with Arnold too just for laughs!

On a recent trip to Munich. I interviewed several people who knew Arnold. He was a door-to-door salesman. Europeans laugh at the thought of such a person being president or governor (not that they have a lot of room to laugh).

I remember when he hit Venice Beach and became a muscle man. Then he became an actor. He can be charming but has nothing of substance. He blamed the workers compensation system in California for making California "non- competitiv­e." He wanted the Indian Casinos to foot the tax bill. Attacking victims of industrial injuries and taxing the Indian's casino profits didn't balance the budget.

Seeing Arnold in the Hummer was a total joke. Now he wants to "go green."

People in the US cannot distinguish between actors on the screen and reality. An example is Ronald Reagan. Arnold settled the Enron scam for 10 cents on the dollar. Gray Davis is a better man in my book. He wanted every penny but was recalled. Who benefited? Not the People of California.
