Larry King Appears In Criss Angel Show Video

Larry King's interview with Criss Angel aired Monday night, and early in the hour King revealed that he appears in a video for Angel's Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil show, "Criss Angel: Believe." King and CNN both make a cameo in the video, in which King's voice is heard reporting that Angel has been injured during his show. Later, King is revealed to be an evil rabbit wizard, laughing manically in the back of a speeding vehicle.

"I was fortunate enough to wear one of the rabbit heads," King said before introducing the video. "In fact, I am the wizard."

The interview was taped in November, and was slated to appear before Christmas before Joe Biden's appearance bumped it to this week.

Please Larry, get a new set of dentures. Right before you go to any break, it looks like you are adjusting them and make a real unattractive grimacing with your mouth. Or better, yet, time to retire.

Every article that mentions Criss Angel only perpetuates the joke that is Criss Angel. If we stop talking about him in the press, maybe he'll just disappear.

'Believe' is an abysmal failure. For the first time ever, Cirque du Soleil will take itself out of a show to avoid continued embarrassment. It might re-organize as Criss Angel's Believe or something like that, but it will no longer be a Cirque show.

One of the big reasons it failed and he fails is that he cannot do live on stage anything he does on his show (because for Angel, unlike other magicians and illusionists), the cameras, stooges, and editing rooms ARE the secrets.

Any serious magician knows Chris Angel is a hack, and like David Blaine is much more of a self-promoter than a professional magician.
