Quigley, Feigenholtz Have Edge In Race For Emanuel's Seat
Crain's Chicago Business:
Uncertainty in the race to fill the seat of Rep. Rahm Emanuel has opened important fundraising and organizational advantages for two early candidates: Cook County Commissioner Michael Quigley and state Rep. Sara Feigenholtz.
