i was a life long cubs fan, until it became pretty clear to me, the cubs were using me. they knew they could fill the stands, with or without a winning team. you see folks, unlike the sox, alot of the people coming to wrigley, are coming for 'the experience': the people, the bars, the neighborhood. it's not so much about the game. that's when my alligance moved to the southside. granted in the past few yrs. the cubs have spent big time, but what has it gotten them? i wish the new owners and fans well, and every once in awhile i head back to wrigley for the experience. i actually think cuban would have been great for the cubs and the game. but, it ain't over yet.
