Glad Brownie's evacuation was handled by those more competent than himself. Now stick his a$$ in a hot superdome or split his family up and send them to 5 different states and then check on them in 3-5 years. And while he's waiting send him one of those sick FEMA trailers to live in.

if there was karma this guy would be standing for days on a hot cement bridge , desperate ,with sweat pouring off of him while he begged for water from a cadre of overfed gun toting sheriffs who won't let him cross the bridge becasue it might complicate their lives.
