Hannity And Colmes Final Episode: Video Montage, Gifts, Goodbyes (VIDEO)

And now it is just Hannity. Fox News' "Hannity & Colmes," which had been on the channel for more than 12 years, aired its final episode Friday night, as Alan Colmes, the show's token liberal to Hannity's conservative, will be moving on. The show's last hurrah frequently paused to take a look back at some of H&C's greatest moments--such as Colmes sparing with Ann Coulter--as well as to allow the show's guests, which included former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, to each wish Colmes farewell.

When the final ten minutes rolled around, the hosts decided to unveil one last montage of themselves before exchanging gifts and a heartfelt goodbye.

For those who can't live without Hannity, not to worry, he will be back on Monday night with a new show whose lineup of Al Sharpton, Michele Bachmann and Meatloaf (yes, Meatloaf) will no doubt carry on the show's tradition of over-the-top partisan entertainment.

Help save & secure our nation by boycotting the Fox Network. Do this in the name of justice, since it's known fact they were the mouth piece for the outgoing administration. Because of the likes of Bill O'Reilly & Sean Hannity, many of "US" believe we need a national boycott of the Fox network.

Since "We The People" probably won't be seeing charges filed against anyone in the Bush administration, maybe the Fox Network should get their just reward? To be fair & balanced we need an elimination of the "spin" masters & perpetrators who stood with the past administration & the man who should go down in history for what he really was. Sean Hannity obviously had ZERO respect for Alan Colmes, as evidenced by the hate-filled and vile things that posters on Hannity's website forum "Washington Politics" were allowed to say about him! No negative comments about Hannity or Limbaugh are EVER tolerated (poster will be banned!), yet Colmes was fair game for comments I couldn't even repeat here!

many got it wrong here: Colmes wasn´t ineffective because he rolled over to Hannity, it was because he is naturally inarticulate and often overwhelemed and has a strange, lame, almost childish way of making his points. But the one thing I wanna say in his defense is this: at least he´s not one of these faux-liberals (sometimes not liberals at all) FOX has on to provide "balance" such as Powers, Kondracke, Liasson, etc, who become experts at conceding points to conservatives.

What's really strange is that on Colmes' radio show, he's sharp as a viper! Where he's very mild mannered on TV, on radio he's highly articulate and "fast on his feet" so to speak. Anybody else notice that too?

Finally, Alan Colmes had gotten parole and can go back to fresh start in regular society. With luck he can get a job where he isn't treated like he's being a bunch bag or thrown in the pit with the tigers.

What they gonna do? Are they gonna put a nutless dog on the screen, have it roll over, and over, and over, just as colmes did for hannity on a nightly basis???

Now that would be the best, and most fitting tribute to Mr allen (spineless) colmes.

Hannity is a horror but not because he's conservative. The guy is a bore who totally mails it in. He just repeats the same cliches. His analysis of current issues is juvenile. You get sick of the same old interviews with Newt Gingrich and other 90's fade outs. His radio show has become unlistenable.

Hannity's radio show has alway been unlistenable. With a shrinking republican leadership seeing republican after republican deciding not to stay around, republican leaders are finding Obama's offer to work with his administration attractive; thus, making Hannity's potential guest pool smaller and smaller. Any republican worth his salt, is not going to ruin his or her chance to have the new President's ear by coming on Hannity and engaging in his juvenile racial antics.
