Unless you have good healthcare benifits don't have a heart attack in the U.S. The best place to have a heart attack is probibly Canada or Cuba.

Very interesting and good article. And I agree 100% about going to the hospital on weekends. I've gone that before and it's crap on the weekends. And the rate of survivability of a heart attack is staggeringly low to the point it shocked me. Just 16% chance to survive in the highest rated city? OMG. That's pathetic and is a damning indictment right there about our poor quality of healthcare in the USA.

Its really not so much about quality of healthcare but by response time. There is much truth in the saying "every second counts", especially in how quickly you can get medical care.
