Father Of Cadet Insulted By Prince Harry: "Sorry's Not Good Enough"

The father of a Sandhurst recruit called a 'Paki' by Prince Harry has condemned it as a 'disgraceful insult'.

Muhammad Yaqoob Khan Abbasi said yesterday that he was 'hurt and angry'.

"Conduct unbecoming an officer of Her Majesty's Army" is what springs to mind for this Military Historian and proud son of a WW2 US Marine that has spent most of his life associated with veterans and active duty Military personnel of more than one country's armed forces.

This is one prince who should be called on the carpet without the kid gloves normally reserved for royals in Her Majesty's ranks; his conduct in this incident is frankly despicable.

Enough is enough is enough of this spoiled brat.

Prank?!!!! He's a Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force. He'll have troops under him. He HAS to learn what is appropriate and what is not. This is when morale goes down. In war time a leader wants loyalty. Who would take orders from Harry if they know how he is? Not many and he would be so disliked.

When the U.S. Armed Forces were segregrated, some of the most horrid words were said to them by their white commanders. Who would want to be loyal to someone like that?

Also, I've heard some stories about white officers speaking abrasively to troops in Vietnam too. Those officers never came home.

Not defending the Prince here coz I could not care about him or others less. However, for those who take this way too seriously. Have you been in the force?
