I'd hope BO would be digusted w/this, all those plastic bottles going to landfills (most are NOT recycled)
and you can bet he'd say 'Jeez all this federal money going to build all the fancy Calif. waterworks and you'd think people would just use the tap, after all they paid their taxes for it'.
