I Like ItI Don’t Like It

John McCain's 24-year-old daughter Meghan has kept blogging at the popular site she started during her father's presidential campaign. But she tells Monday Morning Clacker that there's one subject she won't discuss.

If you could change one thing about the election what would it be?

"Nothing, it was the most liberating experience of my life and I am such a different person now than I was when I started the blog. It was truly an invaluable experience and I sit here today as an incredibly proud daughter and member of the Republican Party."

So, no comment on the selection of Governor Sarah Palin as Senator McCain's running mate?

"Sarah Palin is the only part of the campaign that I won't comment on publicly."

Read the whole interview.

Ms. Palin failed to gain the respect of anyone with a brain. Maybe Meghan's got one. Drill, baby, drill. What are we gonna do when all the sequestered carbon has been converted to CO2 and is cooking everything on the surface of this planet with a super-greenhouse affect? Some people just don't get it.
C'mon Meghan, what do you think of Global Warming? Or are you not going to comment on that either?

The fact that she wont talk about Palin is evidence that she's lying about not wanting to change a single thing about the election. All that lying is good practice for a future in politics.

Poor Meg. Given that daddy failed to get into the WH, it's back to the stripping pole....

Her dad was drawing 2,000 per event and Palin was drawing 20,000.......atleast Palin made it interesting, if he would have picked Leiberman or Ridge(the ones he wanted to pick) it would have been more of a landslide. Her dad in all of wisdom picked her, don't be so quick to critisize.

Not necessarily. Palin's supporters were the extremists. If McCain had picked wisey, more middle of the road republicans and fiscal conservatives would have noted for him. Contrary to popular opinion, the republican party is comprised mostly of these types. Many of them voted democrat BECAUSE of Pallin.

Poor Megan, the product of a union designed to get John McCain to the White House. How did that work out? Did anyone ask her how she felt on how her father talked to her mother when he dropped the "C-Word" on her and called her a trollop???

Wow, and they were such good friends during the campaign too. How odd. A tiff, perhaps?

Why isn't Meghan in Iraq fighting for our freedom?

Does she have a real job? Is she even qualified to have a real job?

Maybe she adheres to what my mother had told me once. If you have nothing good to say, it is better to be quiet.
