Another set of hungry folks is bellying up to Barack Obama's fiscal stimulus table.

The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning is trying to take control of the $1 billion or more the Chicago area may get for road, bridge, public transit and other infrastructure projects under the stimulus package now under negotiation between the president-elect and Congress.
