This is a non story. They had spent time together earlier in the day. Leave it to the press to make a story out of nothing. I can't imagine Jimmy Carter snubbing anyone. He is too nice and gracious to be that way.
Dick Cheney maybe, but not Jimmy Carter.

Jimmy is a Southerner of the old school, and fiercely loyal to his party. He always thought Clinton's conduct, and his blase reaction to it, rubbed Carter all the wrong ways.

Nice. People can't experience anything together with everyone. People don't get along even in the same party.

Why does Huffpo call it "Carter Snubs Clinton?" The ABC report says neither appeared to acknowledge the other.

It may well have been evidence of tension. Or, they may have greated each other earlier off camera.

We know Carter has been guided by the highest standards of ethtics and morality, and his leadership recognized with the Nobel Peace Prize. And Bill? Enough said.

an important point snowhussicat. What ever it was it was mutual.

Or it may have been innocent because they have previously greated each other off camera.
