Obama Addresses The Troops At Commander In Chief Ball (VIDEO)

President Obama stopped by the Commander In Chief Ball this evening, which was thrown for military service personnel. After he finished his speech he spoke via satellite with an Illinois combat brigade stationed in Kabul. Satellite lag made the conversation a bit awkward in the beginning, and didn't get any easier for the president as talk soon turned to baseball.
