Roland Burris Cheered At Obama Inauguration Festivities

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Roland Burris was welcomed with hearty cheers at a Capitol Hill reception and shouts of encouragement on the streets of Washington, D.C., Monday.

For Illinois' newest U.S. senator, it was a day of happiness after he won a political test of wills to take the seat formerly held by President-elect Barack Obama.
