HEADS swiveled at Le Cirque on Tuesday night as patrons checked out the unusual double date going on in the middle of the dining room. Ivanka Trump and her boyfriend of over a year, New York Observer owner Jared Kushner, were sharing a cozy table for four with former New Jersey Gov. Jim McGreevey and his "significant other," Australian money manager Mark O'Donnell.
