Congratulations to Joe Francis! The "Girls Gone Wild" founder has won Gatecrasher's first Creep of the Year award. He earned the honor thanks to his continued commitment to perviness, displayed most recently at the Sundance Film Festival.

Francis began his reign of Peeping Tom terror at the festival's Rock Band gift lounge, where he pranced around in ladies' underthings courtesy of Tt Mates. The dethroned (porn) king then hit up Def Jam Hype House's Nivea Lounge, where he was given a Flip video camera. We're guessing he won't use said gift to film nature documentaries anytime soon. "I can do some real damage with this later!" he said lasciviously. Fathers, lock up your daughters.
