i remember meeting him in person in a 'rope line' early in the campaign. we shook hands, said i was a big fan, and than i said to him, 'we want out country back'. he actually stopped in his tracks looked down for a few seconds to ponder, and than put his hand on my shoulder, what he said than, i have no idea. now, i lived in d.c. 10 yrs. and through my line of work, met alot of 'big shots', but never anyone like 'O'. i've never been impressed with fame, influence, status, power or money. more impressed what people do with it to help others. i walked away, thinking this guy is the real deal.
