Rush Limbaugh Heats Up "The View," CNN (VIDEO)

Talk of Rush Limbaugh heated up the TV Monday, with memorable moments on both "The View" and CNN.

On "The View," Whoopi Goldberg introduced a hot topics roundtable about Limbaugh's comparison of President Obama's stimulus plan to socialism, which led to a spat between Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Joy said that Limbaugh doesn't care about poor people, and Elisabeth disagreed. Later, Whoopi took Rush to task for saying that Obama can't be challenged because he is the first black president.

Later in the day, Rick Sanchez and Ali Velshi picked up where they left off on CNN last week, continuing a discussion of Limbaugh's comments on the stimulus. As the civil discussion came to an end, Sanchez took a dig at Limbaugh, implying that he is fat.

"You're a big boy," Sanchez said to Velshi, "and so is [Limbaugh] last time I looked."

Rush is a sad, lonely, bitter man. Four bad marriages, a drug problem, no children, and just what has he contributed to the world? His fans may enjoy his half-baked arguments, his shallow analysis and his faux outrage at reason, but he has to live inside his own head. This is reminiscent of Flush Rimbowl saying Donovan McNabb was being given a free pass by the sportswriters because he's a black quarterback -- a remark that cost Rimbowl his football commentary job.

Rimbowl seems to harbor an awful lot of resentment toward athletic, good-looking black men. Maybe because he's such a fat, repulsive sack o' crap himself.

Where we are and why. (Trying to explain what I hope you already know)

Executive performance is rewarded for big profits the CEO spokesman says in their defense on the TV.
To make these big profits they devise a product (derivatives) - bundled assets containing very risky assets
such as bad home loans.

By bundling they were able to hide risky assets with good ones and have them triple A rated by shady credit raters.

Wall Street financial companies sold these risky bundled fake triple rated A assets to banks and lending institutions
in the US and around the world. So they made billions in bonuses and fees.

Now the banks are in the position of holding billions in worthless assets. And they are looking for government hand outs.

The banks and financial systems refuse to be nationalized and they, the financial systems attitude,
fostered by Republican ideas and talk show hosts are destroying American middle class with there greed and rhetoric.
The banks have to face reality. That is being made difficult by weak media, lying and weak politicians,
and traitorous right wing talk show hosts.

The only solution is to nationalize the banks. Unfortunately it has gone too far and I see little chance of that.

I fear when these greedy wall street and criminal financial crooks head for their island in the sun,
we, all of us will feel the result of their greed.

About stimulus Plan. It seems like everybody sees several things in this plan that they don't like. I am not an exception. Would it work? I don't know. Seems like you do, perhaps you posses that insight and knowledge that none of the Harvard and Cambridge graduated economists that speak in the media do. What Elizabeht Hasselbeck misses is the fact that spending for smart cars for the federal fleet not only saves the government money in the longrun in different ways, it also creates jobs. Their thinking is very simplistic. This is what got us dashed up on the rocks to begin with, their inability to see deeply. This is because their mindset is shallow-minded. It's zero sum. If the government needs a fleet of cars someone has to build them. Building smart cars will not create jobs. It will either shift people from building the cars the government bought in the past., or new jobs will be created for the smart car builders while the he traditional builders lose their jobs. People forget the job of radio, or television hosts like Rush, and Reilly is to make enough noise to distract people from finding out the real truth. Rush is like the bad student in the classroom. The bad student constantly keeps getting the teachers attention during class until the teacher finally gets fed up with him, or her and sends him to the office. However, by that time fifteen or twenty minutes of class time has been devoted to the distracting student. The end result is the rest of the class winds up actually being punished worse because they were denied the education their teacher was trying to convey, so In reality the little jerk sent to the office did accomplish something.
