Doubledown Media Runs Out Of Money, Shuts Down

Doubledown Media, the once-rising publisher of magazines aimed at the Wall Street elite, has shut down.

"These are unprecedented times," president Randall Lane wrote in an e-mail to staffers late Monday. "The combination of the media depression, the Wall Street implosion and the credit slowdown were collectively too much for our company--probably any company in our shoes--to overcome."

The Friedmanit­es have had their run and they robbed the country blind and crashed the economy in the process. With the exception of the waterboys and girls over at CNBC and the NeoCons in Congress, most have figured out that deregulati­on is like handing the keys of your henhouse to the foxes.

It's so sad I think I'll LMAO now.

Jeez why so many tittles. Seems like they coulda just had one called 'I GOT EVERYTHING AND YOU DON'T'. Seems like it took long enough to shut down, surprised it didn't happen earlier.
