Kid On Drugs: The Remix

We love our remixes here at HuffPost, and no matter how ambivilent we were about the original "David After Dentist" video (we kind of think people shouldn't drug and film their children), the rap version is gold:

First of all, maybe all you pathetic whiners should actually look at the guys comments on the original YouTube posting before you go judging him. He filmed it solely to show the kid before and after video because he was petrified about getting the extra tooth removed. It wasn't till after he looked at the video did he see that it was really funny so he posted it on YouTube for others to see.

Man, you people on this board are sometimes just as bad as the wingnuts on the right. You all need to take a deep breath once in a while. This is why I have a hard time calling myself liberal. Sometimes those of you on that side really are a bunch of wimpy downers.

This isn't funny. It's quite inappropriate to find humor in a child's suffering.

The dad is treating his son's discomfort like it's entertainment. It does show how miserable the kid is after drugs. The sad thing it is happening a million times over across America from Doctor's prescribing heavy duty drugs to little kids.

First was in very poor taste and showed very bad judgment on Dad's part. Remix just adds insult to injury. Give this kid a break.

The remix thing is getting old. And I don't get how you think it's not okay for the father to film his kid post-anesthesia, but it's okay for you (or RevoLucian) to do yet another (sigh) remix.

Double-standards in the house.

I this video does't trigger a seizure in any viewers. Painful to watch.

I thought the same thing that it might cause seizures. I had to shut if off.

Oh that poor kid! Been there, done that. cute video though :)

Ok, for Pete's sake.

The father DID NOT drug his kid just to film it. The kid obviously had some dental surgery (hence the stitches in his mouth) and was medicated with something other than just novocain and nitrous. I'm guessing an oral medication for someone under 15.

But to suggest "...we kind of think people shouldn't drug and film their children..." is about as bad as a fixed-news story. Spin is spin huffpost.

Please use some logic and reason and correct this!

It’s still a bit unseemly for a parent to exploit their child for some cheap attention. I wouldn’t put a video of my child on YouTube, even if it wouldn’t be embarrassing to him. But we live in a country where nothing is more important than fame, no matter how faint or fleeting.

Chill, its just a video made to share the humor of the situation. Learn to laugh, its actually quite liberating.
