Mickey Rourke shot down allegations reported by a UK paper that he has been secretly seeing Courtney Love for the past several weeks.

A cameraman caught up with Rourke in New York and asked the Oscar nominee, "Is it true you [sic] going out with Courtney Love?"
Rourke responded, "I'd rather be on a deserted island with a gorilla."

there for awhile i was thinking, ok, great the guy is getting his shi together making a come back. now, i'm wondering who exactly is responsible for that?

The way it came down is -- Mickey allegedly text messaged Courtney (not the other way around) and they got together, but obviously from his answer it didn't work out at all. Although to me, they should make a compatible couple. I wouldn't be surprised if he was seeing her and that answer was a way to throw off the papps because she's papp fodder more than he is.
Please, take a good long look at yourself Mickey, your no prize.
