Lindsay Lohan Defends Weight: I Just Ate A Big Mac (PHOTOS)

Lindsay Lohan, asked by US Weekly at Fashion week about her weight loss, insisted all was ok and "it's not intentional."

"I eat. I had my Big Mac yesterday from McDonald's," she told Us Sunday at the Matthew Williamson NYC store opening. "I eat just as much as I always have."

The 22-year-old actress (who has raised eyebrows before for her skinny frame) said she thinks she has just been "working a lot." She said she also blames "stress ... and lack of sleep when I travel."

Other papers have jumped on her skinnier frame, which comes right as she and girlfriend Sam Ronson are having public spats.

Lindsey is looking very unhealthy in the photographs accompanying this article. Her appearance would give one the impression that there is an on-going substance abuse issue prevalent along with an eating disorder.
The charming and erotic looks of the past are slipping away from her. Maybe a lifestyle change or a part in a motion picture where they need an actress in prime physical condition, like the roll Hillary Swank prepared herself for in Million Dollar Baby, would be something very good for this former goddess.

I think she might be on speed (Meth) or maybe crack. Either of those two drugs will make you lose weight drastically like that because you don't eat, since it kills your appetite, and your body and mind are revved up, so you are constantly moving around and staying up for days on end. It's like having a never ending supply of energy (as long as you have plenty of the drug on hand).

When I was doing those drugs, I was thin like that.

This is just sad, but when you consider what the media just did to Jessica Simpson for gaining about five pounds, you can see how anorexia happens. We push young women to these extremes and then act shocked when they react as expected.

Lindsay is teetering on disaster. The next time we see her, we may all break down and cry. A moderately talented actress with everyday good looks is disappearing before our eyes. She does not seem to realize that it can all go away and fast. Paging Mickey Rourke, we have a patient for you to counsel.

How I wish you didn't mean that! I understand that to you it might look good, but to me it is repulsive. Amidst the histeria, did anyone consider the LENS that the cameraman used? A wide angle lens, close-cropped, can make a person look scary. The arms in particular have extreme perspective.

"They" are wrong, and you are ignorant for believing rather than knowing.

A lens may distort or be completely unbiased and neutral. It is a mater of perspective. A 50 mm lens mirrors human vision. Generally speaking, cameras don't change perspective, lenses do.

A wide angle heightens the difference between near and far objects. It can make a person's head or nose look bigger. They aren't a good choice for portrait photography, unless your intent is to distort.

It's not the lens that's making her collarbones pop out in that emaciated sort of way.

In the photo with Matthew Williamson, her right shoulder and arm are closer to the camera than any other part of her, and any lens distortion would make them look bigger than they are -- yet they look awfully boy.

By the way, the perspective comes from the angle and distance to the subject, not the lens. A wide-angle lens simply requires a closer distance to the subject to fill the frame. The closer the camera is to the subject, the more exaggerated the perspective.
