Neocon Mastermind Richard Perle Denies His Own Existence
Washington Post:
Listening to neoconservative mastermind Richard Perle at the Nixon Center yesterday, there was a sense of falling down the rabbit hole.

Thomas Frank: Richard Perle's Apologia
Governing was always difficult for conservatives, but as they return to the opposition, they are rediscovering their skill at blame evasion.

wtf? does this man really think that two decades of essays, published books, white house memos w/ his name at the bottom and hours of interviews conducted in the name of pushing his neocon agenda simply do not exist? i'm not sure what kool-aid the repubs are quaffing, but it certainly seems that they all are drinking something. at the same time. if it wasn't so sad w/ far-reaching ramifications for this country, it'd be funny.
Richard Perle is attempting to use a Jedi mind trick. ("These are not the droids you're looking for.")
Don't think it's gonna work.
Too bad we can not send this CLOWN to Guantanamo.
Amen and amen. His delicate system would last about two hours in the real world. And then even the gulls wouldn't feed off of his carcass.
I'd like to hear what Francis Fukuyama thinks of his former neo-pals now (he used to be one and broke from the Bou$hees somewhere around 2004).
Brilliant! NeoCartesian! "I don't think, therefore I'm not." Stay tuned for his even better discourse on NeoCartesian Coordinates, the mathematical basis of sub-prime mortgages.
Is that like negative the square root of 2 and other imaginary numbers? Is Pascal doing this via Ouija board?
No, I think you are confusing them with NeoCartesian irresponsible numbers. Imaginary numbers are perfectly responsible numbers.
Forgot to add that irresponsible numbers play a big role in credit default swap theory and in more math economic models than is generally admitted. Your Pascal hypothesis is interesting, you might be able to grant money.....it's stimulus time!
Forever in denial (or just plain delusional?)...
...much like Dubya with his "Stay the Course" phrase.
http://thinkprogress.org/2006/10/22/bush-stay-the-course/
During an interview today on ABC’s This Week, President Bush tried to distance himself from what has been his core strategy in Iraq for the last three years. George Stephanopoulos asked about James Baker’s plan to develop a strategy for Iraq that is “between ’stay the course’ and ‘cut and run.’”
Bush responded, ‘We’ve NEVER been STAY THE COURSE, George!’
Unfortunately, there are PLENTY of examples to the contrary Dubya...
-- We will stay the course. [8/30/06]
-- We will stay the course, we will complete the job in Iraq. [8/4/05]
-- We will stay the course until the job is done, Steve. And the temptation is to try to get the President or somebody to put a timetable on the definition of getting the job done. We’re just going to stay the course. [12/15/03]
-- And my message today to those in Iraq is: We’ll stay the course. [4/13/04]
-- And that’s why we’re going to stay the course in Iraq. And that’s why when we say something in Iraq, we’re going to do it. [4/16/04]
-- And so we’ve got tough action in Iraq. But we will stay the course. [4/5/04]
"Stay the Course? Wasn't me. I never said it" [riiighht!]
[When, oh when, will this nonsense end..??!!??]
I don't know, i wasn't there, what are you talking about, huh, the Iraq war, ohhhh, well, we just had some opinions about overthrowing Saddam and creating a democracy in the Middle East but Oh well who am I , i just sold the idea on a daily basis and ahhhhhhh! enough this guy should be in jail with his minions. Blatant revisionist history.
Now HERE'S a guy who takes the phrase "make the world a better place" as a personal threat.
Ahhh! So this is the guy who mixes the Kool-Aid.
There is something pathologically wrong with him... or was this his idea of a joke?
Seriously, does this man think that he is able to use a "Jedi Mind trick" on all of us? Star wars was a movie Richard. I know you guys wanted a "Star wars" defense program back in the day- but you are not a Jedi.
"These are not the NeoCons that you are looking for"
If not a trip down a rabbit hole, specifically, it's a trip down a hole. Unfortunately, everything that comes out of it smells strongly of fecal matter.
Sure does.
This pathetic man. He just cannot admit that his whole life has been a huge mistake, and that he is responsible for death and destruction around the world. He can deny it all he wants. The world is not likely to let him off the hook.
Perl is like all of those in the Bush administration, a coward,a chickenhawk, and a liar. This man along with the rest are the reason there are 4225 dead US service members from the Iraq war. They are also the resaon we still don't have Bin-laden. I guess in a way we are lucky because if these jokers had their way we would also be in Iran. Bottom line is this, Perle and the rest are nothing short of being traitors to this nation and should treated as such. A wall, a blindfold and one last smoke would work for me.
Wish I could deny his existence.
I wish I could release the trap door.
