Long Distance Human Throwing World Record (VIDEO)

This is so weird. A giant man is throwing a scrawny kid as far as possible and it has nothing to do with lunch money, but rather a world record. I don't speak Spanish but it looks as though he fails to reach the required distance on the first two throws and nails it on the third.

I kinda think the kid getting thrown should get a world record too. He accepted a lot of the risk. Also, what kind of show is this and why don't we have it here?
