Chick-Fil-A Mascot Attacked In Fredericksburg, VA (VIDEO)
Being a mascot for Chick-fil-A is a form of employment not without risks, according to the Fredericksburg, VA police blotter. A man working as the Chick-fil-A 'cow' at a local outpost of the restaurant chain was attacked during his shift, making him the victim of, as the report put it, "a bovine beat-down."
The victim, dressed as a cow, was standing outside the restaurant when he was approached by a man who yelled at him and pushed him to the ground, according to a release by Fredericksburg Police Department spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe.
She said when another man intervened, the assailant ran away.The victim could not give a description of the attacker, Bledsoe said.

It takes udder courage to stand along a street in Elk Grove wearing a Chick-Fil-A cow costume.But it's also a little dangerous, as 19-year-old Melissa Forsberg recently found out.
Forsberg was working as the restaurant's mascot and trying to catch the attention of passing motorists, but she ended up nearly being attacked by a passer-by.
Now, she finds herself without a job. Forsberg said she is upset with the fast-food giant for firing her after just three weeks on the job.[...]
